Malta celebrates the feast of St. Joseph every year on 19 March. With it people look forward to one particular one-off pastry. Busy Bee is one of Malta’s established pastry kitchens that have kept the tradition alive for years.
On Valentine’s we baked these muffins as a treat. Moist and wholesome, these muffins are perfect in the morning, yet indulging for afternoon tea.
